02.jpg The Server FCT Fully Automated Testing Equipment is a customized system developed in response to Google's requirements, designed specifically for testing server motherboards.

This equipment primarily targets server motherboards, which include components and interfaces such as CPU, DIMM, PCIe, USB 3.0, RJ45, HDMI, SATA, GPU connectors, and fiber optic ports. The motherboard is placed on a carrier, detected by sensors, and then fed into the machine. After upper and lower clamping, the system automatically installs the CPU, DIMM, PCIe cards, USB 3.0 interfaces, etc. Power is then supplied to initiate testing. The client's Unix-based host program performs diagnostics, reading data from key components on the motherboard. Once testing is complete, the host system signals the machine to eject the carrier.

This equipment features a compact and well-integrated mechanical design, combining test fixtures and custom automation solutions. It delivers comprehensive testing capabilities, high stability, and fully meets the client's requirements.

Customer-Centric Innovation Guided by Industry 4.0 principles, our R&D team conducted extensive discussions and upgraded the existing system by integrating robotic arms. A single robotic arm, controlled via a rail system, now manages 12 FCT (Functional Test) devices simultaneously.

The centralized control system, located in the office, displays real-time operational status and production data from the workshop on monitors. In case of anomalies, maintenance engineers are promptly dispatched to resolve issues, achieving true unmanned operation.

Since implementation, the system has significantly improved efficiency, ensured stable testing performance, and reduced production costs
